Motivating Effectively & Managing Change

Work with managers to aid in in the process of determining ways to motivate team members and manage change in the workplace. Share strategies to have difficult conversations. Assist management in helping employees accept business realities and document management behaviors that may encourage or discourage the motivation of a team.
